Dance training involves, to a greater or lesser degree, all the components of physical fitness -- healthy body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility -- and of motor fitness: power, speed, agility, balance and coordination. Improving your motor fitness with Dance training can enhance your performance in all other sports related fields. Of course this is true of all forms of dance as an exercise regime

Katz School of Dance offers private lessons for inviduals or groups, if your time is limited, or perhaps you would benefit from one on one training, this option may be for you.
Private Lesson are charged at R 500 per hour
Group Private Lessons (4 People or more) is charged at R 150 per person
